Distillery. There, he developed innovative techniques that are still in use today. Made by hand, this Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey has been aged inside century old warehouses constructed by E.H. Taylor, Jr. Barrels are evaluated and selected to create a perfect blend of distinctive character that is like no other. 1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping (within the Philippines): 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–15 business days, depending on location and customs processing times

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

Please include your order number, photos (if damaged), and any tracking details.
We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Delivery Restrictions
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or restricted zones.
Customers must be of legal drinking age in their respective country or region to purchase from Pure Oak Spirits.
