How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection of bourbons, Jack Daniel’s, and tequilas, add your selections to the cart, proceed to checkout, provide payment and shipping details, then confirm the order. Once payment is approved you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

You may request a cancellation or modification within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn’t entered the shipping process. Once your order is packed or handed to the courier, changes cannot be guaranteed.

How will I know when my order is confirmed?

After checkout and payment processing you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a second email including a tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Domestic orders: typically 2–3 business days once shipped.

  • International orders: usually 7–15 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier services.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use that number on the courier’s website to view the real-time status of your delivery.
