• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We partner with trusted courier and logistics companies to guarantee safe and timely delivery.

• Domestic Shipping (within the Philippines): 3–7 business days

• International Shipping: 7–15 business days, depending on location and customs processing times

5. International Orders

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local regulations regarding alcohol importation.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

• Contact support@pureoakspirits.com within 48 hours of receiving the package (or expected delivery date).

• Please include your order number, photos (if damaged), and any tracking details.
  We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Delivery Restrictions

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or restricted zones.
Customers must be of legal drinking age in their respective country or region to purchase from Pure Oak Spirits.
