1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, refunds or returns are only accepted under specific conditions:

  • You received the wrong item (different product or quantity than ordered).

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective.

  • Your package was lost in transit (verified through the courier).

For all other cases (e.g., change of mind, taste preference), we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the order has been shipped.

2. Reporting a Problem

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pureoakspirits.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our support team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

3. Approved Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we will process a refund or replacement depending on the situation:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Opened or partially used bottles

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Orders delayed due to customs or courier issues outside our control
